What happened to the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (MSICUU2.EXE)
The Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (MSICUU2.exe) is no longer available. Although the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility resolved some installation problems, it sometimes damaged other components that were installed on the computer. Because of this, the tool was removed from the Microsoft Download Center.
If you have problems when you try to uninstall a program, you can use the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter to uninstall the program.
